麗ちゃんを捜せ　−広島風お好み焼き−

広島と言えば広島風お好み焼き。
広島の人に聞くと、それぞれ行きつけの店があるようで、それこそ町の中でおばちゃんが焼いている店が一番美味しいと言うことみたいですね。

地元民じゃない僕の行きつけは広島駅の駅ビルにある「麗ちゃん」。
駅ビルには数件のお好み焼き屋さんがあるんですけど、ここだけがいつも混んでいます。
と言うわけで、今回の広島出張のお昼は麗ちゃんのお好みです。
ちょっとパワフルだったかなぁ〜。

しかし、ここに来ていつも思うことは、お好みを焼いているたくさんのお母さん達、いったい誰が麗ちゃんなんだろう？
